Renderby has a set of rules to make the experience smoother and workable for all. Apparently each and everyone of us are unique and different when it comes to the way we work. In other freelancer platforms it is not organised well and for every new project there is a learning curve between artists and clients. Renderby wish to stand out from this chaos, by regulating the basics. Simple and streamlined.

Once you pass the vetting process you will have to sign a "Partnership agreement", "Pricing Annexure" and a "Non disclosure agreement".

You will receive an invite from Clickup.com to join Renderby workspace. This is where all communications regarding the project happens that are assigned to you.

Step 01 - Click on Accept Invite to get started. Signup with your email (the one we invited you with) and a enter your new password. If you wish to use clickup with a different email please inform the creative director. They should send a new invite to you.

Step 02 - Click on " Join Renderby Workspace". Go to settings and set you name as in your portfolio in the Renderby website. Usually it is your first name. To personalize set the colour theme you like and the Date and time settings.

Note:- Your name should be just the First name starting with the capital letter. If your name is " Paul Vincent" DO NOT type "PAUL VINCENT" or "Paul Vincent" or "PAUL", or "Paul Studios". Just make it Paul.

Step 03 - Download the ClickUp App on your phone(Highly recommended)

The areas marked in red boxes are where you can find the informations about the project. This place is for Creative Directors to provide you necessary in formation. The right side marked with blue box is where the conversation happens between you, creative director and the client.
