"The contract has so many points. Do we need these many terms & conditions for a freelancer? Other freelancer websites doesn't have such terms" - A few artists.

Renderby is born out of frustration about how other freelancers websites operate. We want to make Renderby a better place for quality artists and generous clients. In other platform they clearly mention the platform is not responsible in anyway for the services provided by the freelancers. That is why many clients don't wish to rely on them.

As an artist community we should have a commitment, a promise to be honored. The agreement clearly speaks for it. The client comes to Renderby not just for quality, the whole experience while they get their project rendered. Please keep in mind we are here to serve them, and they for it.

You should be aware of what happens in other platforms. A lot of disputes happen between the freelancers and the clients. To avoid all that we carefully select both artists and client. To make it work for both artists and client we have strict terms & conditions. The clients trust us for this. Lets help them, make a promise.

Note:- A lot of freelancers website wont ask you to sign an agreement, but ask you to press an agree to terms & conditions button. What you don't realize is they have a ocean of terms and conditions to just safeguard the company, neither the freelancers not the client.
