When Renderby was formed this was one of the important pain point in the industry we want to address.

You know why a project goes down south while the artist and client work together, it is because the artist din't ask the right questions to the client at the initial briefing. Questioning the client is an essential thing and our creative directors do it for you. We make sure the brief is 100% clear before you get hands on the project.

Our clients are aware of the artist will work according to the brief after which 2 rounds of fair revisions are scoped within the budget. The revisions include upto 25% of design modifications, material options, accessories. This does-not include if you miss any comments mentioned previously. This does-not include if the comment is addressed and not up to the expectations.

If we see the client is exceeding the limit we inform them politely. In case the client requests for more iterations after the artist has done his/her part very well the client will pay extra and will be discussed with you at that time.

Any extra renders produced upon the client's request will be chargeable and paid you as per Renderby terms agreed by you.
