Renderby does not ask you to give 3D models & assets to the clients you work. In case of you discontinuing from the project due to force majeure, you may be asked to handover the source files and assets to another artist we assign to continue the work and deliver it to the client.

Rarely a few clients ask for 3D source files and are ready to pay. We connect them with the artists who are willing to give the source files for an extra price.

Renderby asks every artists to backup the source files for 2 years as clients may come for any corrections anytime. In this period of time if you are not available to take up the corrections, Renderby requests you to handover the source files and assets to another artist we assign to work on the corrections and deliver it to the client.
