Give as much details as possible on autocad. Instead of giving a reference image for a wall detail, sketch it out on CAD. This saves sometime for the artists while modeling. Provide proper elevations, sections, detailed drawings & sketches.

When you are in budget crunch please make sure you have enough time for the rendering. Our artists usually work on 3-5 projects at one time. They prioritize the project by its budget. If you have less budget and good time you can reduce the cost by 10%
