We are Renderby carefully check the quality of the 3D Models given by the clients to before we use it. More than 80% of the models fails in this process. This article will help you to understand the mistakes you should avoid while modeling.

πŸ‘† If you see the window there are two planes merging. That is why you see the noise on the glass.

πŸ‘† When I ungrouped it showed me glass and curtain was on the same level. Any object needs to be slightly away from the glass. I also see the glass looks plane. It works in Sketchup. But for 3Ds Max it needs to be extruded. Glasses need to have a thickness. Plane glasses wont generate accurate reflections and refractions in 3Ds Max.

πŸ‘† These groves has a void and no filing is inside. Can't control lighting in this situation.

πŸ‘† Modeling error at the top.

πŸ‘† The Glass handrail bottom is not turning. The Handrail has less number of segments. So it wont have a round smooth finish.

πŸ‘† The purple wall and the Green floor merges at a surface. In 3DsMax it will create a patch while rendering. The program wont understand which material to show since two different materials fight for the same area.

πŸ‘† Same here. Two planes/materials clashing.

πŸ‘† The walls look more than a meter in thickness. Not a good way if you are looking for a quality work.

πŸ‘†The model doesn't have floor plates, roof & rear side walls.

I would rate the model as 2/10. We accept models only if it is 8/10
