Brief

Brief is the first and foremost of any projects. A perfect brief is project half done. The brief is prepared by the client with the guidance of creative director. This will make the entire process smooth for all of us. So spend some quality time in this part till you are satisfied and provide as much information as possible. This will in fact help you reduce the pricing.

Interior rendering brief

Walls

From wall panels to wallpapers and other materials

Floor

Floor pattern, material & finishes.

Ceiling

Ceiling design if any.

Doors & Windows

Define the door types, window style and sizes.

Furniture

Tell us what kind of furniture with clear references

  • Similar furniture (No charges since artists will use from their library)

  • Same furniture (You may need to pay if we have to buy from 3D market or to get it modelled from a modelling artist)

Lighting

When it comes to lighting provide us the mood and light fixtures. We personally prefer daylighting for interiors and a few lights turned on when there is an oppurtunity.

Props

From flower pots, carpets, curtains to small accessories give an idea. Make sure they don't make the view clumsy.

Camera

The most important factor of the rendering is fixing the right angle. Give the directions and areas you want to cover or we can also suggest.

Exterior rendering brief

Elevation Design

The foremost of all is the clear drawing with plans, elevations and sections. A few clients give models too. Try to give reference images for important details. If you giving a hand sketch, ensure measurements marked wherever possible.

3D Model

Provide the model if available for better understanding.

Facade elements

From balcony railing details to sunshades provide as many inputs as possible to help the artist to model it perfect.

Materials and finishes

Add all the materials samples on the brief.

Vegetation

Add reference images for the vegetations.

Lighting

When it comes to lighting ask for the mood and light fixtures. We need to know if its a day lighting or night lighting before we quote.

People

Tell us if you want people to bring more life. *Adding humans will increase the complexity and price gets slightly higher.

Vehicles

Add a note on what kind of vehicles we can have.

Camera

The most important factor of the rendering is fixing the right angle. Give the directions and areas they want to cover or we can also suggest.

Google Location

We need google location to study the environment and neighborhood.
